My estate planning, business entity formation, and business maintenance services are offered at a fixed fee and with a free consultation. This arrangement allows us to determine whether we want to work together and, if we do, our relationship will be based on meeting your legal needs without the concern of increasing or unexpected legal costs.
Hourly Billing
All other legal services provided by my firm are billed at an hourly rate of $225.00 after the initial free consultation. Invoices are sent out at the end of each month and are due upon receipt.
Employee Legal Plans
I am a participating attorney for the following legal plans:
ASEA Legal Services Trust Plan;
APEA/AFT Legal Trust Benefits Plan; and
National Education Association - Alaska.
My fees are charged in accordance with the requirements of each legal plan.
